Experienced administrator/ bookkeeper required.
Here at Fossey Taylor we are expanding and now need a part time, flexibility and experienced administrator/ bookkeeper.
We are looking a mature minded individual capable of undertaking the role of administrator for our busy office in Nottingham. The successful applicant will be responsible for a number of key functions for three separate, but associated companies. The summary duties are as follows:
For a Lettings Agency: Receiving rents and paying landlords, entering contractors’ invoices and paying contractors, using specialist lettings software. General bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll.
For a Property development company: General Bookkeeping functions. VAT returns and payroll.
For a Property maintenance company: General Bookkeeping functions. VAT returns, CIS and payroll.
Sage software will be utilised. Book keeping work is to be to a standard to enable management information and accounts to be produced. The accountant for the companies concerned will produce annual accounts from the work produced.
The job holder will be working in a small, modern office located in Nottingham city centre. A competitive rate of pay will be offered to the right applicant.
